Welcome to Superkids OT, Port Macquarie’s premier child-centered paediatric occupational therapy service providing intervention and assistance to the children of the Hastings region.

Superkids OT provides the following services:

  • Occupational therapy for children
  • Self care intervention such as dressing & organisation
  • Anxiety management for primary school children & early adolescents
  • Intervention for behavioural issues
  • Assistance with children with ASD
  • Visual perceptual assessment and intervention
  • Hand writing assessment and intervention
  • Gross and fine motor assessment and intervention
  • ADD/ ADHD assessment and intervention
  • Dietary and nutritional assessment and assistance
  • School readiness assessment & intervention for preschoolers
  • Sensory diet
  • Classroom assessment and assistance
  • Developmental coordination disorder assessment and intervention
  • Parenting assistance and support
  • Tutoring
  • Meditation

Services are provided to children in individual, group & school settings.

Private health funds and Medicare rebates available. Hicaps and eftpos facilities also available.  A medical referral is not required however a General Practitioner is able to provide five therapy sessions rebated by Medicare per child through a Chronic Disease Management Plan.
